My Story

Alternative living has been a big part of my walk back to happiness and a journey back home to self love.

For me, finding joy in every moment and appreciating life's simple gifts, embracing the act of being present and living with authenticity, gratitude and kindness to oneself and others is key to my wellbeing.


I love walking in nature, come rain or shine. Just 20 minutes a day of light exercise can make a big difference and can increase your vitamin D levels, release endorphins (happy hormones), help regulate your circadian rhythm (aiding better sleep), reducing inflammation in the body and the list is endless.

Making time for oneself, is the best gift you can give to yourself to create a healthy and meaningful life. 
 

What we say, what we do and what we think contributes to our overall health. Life is a juggling act and if we are not balanced then that's when our health may become compromised..

My Mission

We are all here to walk each other home, to return home to the heart of being and sometimes we just need someone to hold our hand. Being Human is not easy at times and we can easily lose our way.

As a health coach, my mission is to support and hold space for you, to work through any areas of your life that you'd like to change or improve. I will give you the tools to create healthier lifestyle habits and my mission is to support you, in becoming the best possible version of yourself.

What I Can Offer

As well as self-discovery and follow up consultations with you, we will be working together using a holistic approach to help you identify and realistically achieve your own health and wellness goals. Some of my more advanced wellness packages, I can offer more personal tailored support giving you the opportunity to create space and more importantly reflection as you start your journey to a healthier happier you.
